A-Star Building Solutions is a commercial contractor matching platform. We do not perform construction, repair, or maintenance work. All services are delivered by independent contractor partners.

2. No Endorsement

While we vet our contractor partners, A-Star Building Solutions does not guarantee the quality, timeline, or outcome of any individual project. The contractual relationship is between you and the contractor.

3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate project information when submitting our matching form. Inaccurate information may result in mismatched contractor recommendations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Star Building Solutions is not liable for damages arising from your engagement with contractor partners introduced through our platform.

5. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
